Karen's experience includes 8 years of executive coaching, following 25 years of leading high-performing teams in finance, operations, and project management for global tech companies. However, that's not all! Karen is also a martial artist*, a world traveler**, and holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
In 2018, Karen completed Co-Active Coach Training as well as the Co-Active Leadership Experience with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and in 2019, became a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile and Leadership Culture Survey. Karen is a member of the International Coach Federation and active in the San Francisco coaching community.
Karen also works with André Salvage and Associates to deliver workshops to corporate, non-profit, and government teams on leadership, de-escalation, conflict resolution, the Art of Listening, courageous conversations, self-care, bystander intervention, and personal safety.
Karen’s coaching and consulting work is part of a lifelong journey of developing herself and others to be the best version of themselves. This fascinating exploration of the art of developing human potential began when she was a university sophomore completing a months-long peer counselor training program and continues every day.
