More about karen.
In addition to 25 years leading high-performing teams in project management, finance, and operations for global tech companies, Karen is a martial artist*, world traveler**, and fairy godmother-aunt to many. She has an MBA from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.
Karen has completed the Co-Active Coach Training curriculum of the Coaches Training Institute, one of the largest and most respected coach training organizations in the world. In 2018, she also completed the CTI Co-Active Leadership Experience and in 2019 became a certified Leadership Circle Profile and Leadership Culture Survey practitioner. Karen is a member of the International Coach Federation, the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners, and active in the San Francisco coaching community.
Karen also works with André Salvage and Associates to deliver workshops to corporate, non-profit, and government teams on de-escalation, conflict resolution, assertiveness, boundary setting, bias, harassment, self-care and personal safety.
Karen’s coaching and consulting work is part of a lifelong journey of developing herself and others to be the best version of themselves. This fascinating exploration of the art of developing human potential began when she was a university sophomore completing a months-long peer counselor training program and continues every day.
