What truly motivates me is the chance to witness people realize their potential. Each time I support someone in bringing out their best or in navigating a complex situation, it reaffirms my purpose.

While I've wrapped up my 1:1 coaching practice as I transition to retirement (aka play), I continue to work with André Salvage and Associates to design and deliver impactful workshops that draw on my experience in executive coaching and corporate leadership to help participants discover and play to their strengths.
